The Sous Vide cooker for precise and healthy cooking is equipped with a Wi-Fi function, allowing it to connect to a mobile application. The mobile application unlocks additional device functions, such as controlled automatic programs for precise cooking of various dishes. Thanks to Sous-Vide cooking, vitamins, nutrients, and flavors of food are preserved. The temperature and time are set automatically via the chosen program. The temperature can also be set manually, and throughout the cooking process, the temperature deviation is at most +/- 0.5 °C. The Sous Vide cooker can also be used for making yogurt or for defrosting, for which dedicated functions are provided. It can circulate up to 8 liters of water per minute. The temperature can be set in the range of 40-90 °C in 0.5°C increments. The device is controlled via a touch panel with an LED display, which shows necessary information such as current temperature, selected temperature, and a timer. The timer can be set for up to 99 hours. The cooker is made of stainless steel and a waterproof casing according to IPX7 certification. It is suitable for all containers with a minimum height of 15 cm. If the water level is low, the cooker automatically switches off. It is very easy to clean. The power supply is 220-240 V, 50/60 Hz, and power 1,000 W.
