Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of purchasing the item.

An item is eligible for return only if it is in the same condition as when you received it, has not been used, still has its price tags or labels attached, and is in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to initiate the return process, please contact us at dennis@dynamictrade.cz. Please note that returned items must be shipped to the following address: Do Čertous 2760/10, 193 00 Prague – Czech Republic

If we accept your return request, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Returned items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess the issue and resolve the situation.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (personal care products), custom-made products (made-to-order items, personalized goods, etc.). We also do not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you want to receive the desired item as quickly as possible, return the item you have and, once your return is received, place a separate order for the new item.


14-Day return Period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the preceding provisions, if the goods are delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing a reason. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been used, must have its price tags or labels attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
