Practical 2-in-1 raclette/fondue combination.
The raclette grill has a non-stick grilling surface with a diameter of 40.0 cm and a central opening for the fondue pot or the supplied natural stone. Meat, fish, vegetables, and more can be prepared on the grilling surface, while the cheese melts slowly underneath. Thanks to a special coating, the grill surface is easy to clean. Optionally, the grilling zone can be used independently of the fondue
The fondue is suitable for classic fondue with broth, but can also be used for cheese fondue or chocolate fondue. The fondue pot has a capacity of 0.6 l and is made of stainless steel and is dishwasher safe. Thanks to a separate heating circuit, the fondue can be used independently of the raclette.
Depending on your taste and mood, the fondue pot in the center can be replaced with the natural stone supplied with the set, so that finished dishes can be kept warm or meat/fish and vegetables can be gently cooked. Also suitable for keeping sauces, dips, soups, etc. warm. Convenient and flexible use thanks to the extra long cable (approx. 2 m), 2 continuously adjustable thermostats, and 2 separate heating circuits: raclette and fondue can be switched independently
