The powerful KM 1197 kitchen machine from ProfiCook is equipped with a professional long-life motor with a power output of 1,200 W. In addition to a high-quality and powerful motor, it is equipped with a special robust gearbox. The solid body of the kitchen machine is made of cast aluminum and, together with the suction cups, contributes to high stability. This means the machine will not move on the worktop during operation. An advantage over commonly available machines is the electronic speed control depending on the load. This means that at both low and high loads, the number of revolutions is constant. However, their speed can be regulated (0/1/2/3/4/5/6 + pulse speed). Speeds are set on the illuminated rotary knob. The arm is rotatable with a release mechanism.

A useful feature is the slow start, which comes in handy when mixing. This itself prevents unwanted splashing of ingredients out of the mixing bowl. If this still happens, the transparent protective cover, equipped with an opening for adding ingredients to the bowl, will prevent it. The mixing bowl has a volume of 5 liters, which is sufficient for approximately 2.5-3 kg of dough.

In addition to the kitchen machine, the package includes the following accessories:
