The hot-air fryer from ProfiCook for oil-free frying. It is equipped with 7 frying programs and a variable time program with variable temperature. Only a minimum of smoke and odors are produced during frying. Compared to conventional fryers, there is a noticeable saving in cooking time. The handle is thermally insulated and thus remains cool even during operation. The internal capacity is 8 liters. On the front panel there is a high-quality LED display with touch buttons, which shows the necessary values. The removable non-stick container is an advantage. The frying temperature can be set in the range of 80-200 °C. The fryer is equipped with overheating protection and automatic shutdown. The power supply is 220-240 V, 50-60 Hz and the power is 1,800 W.
