The robust KM 3765 kitchen mixer from Clatronic is designed for the easiest possible operation and cleaning. Compared to commonly available mixers, it is equipped with a durable gearbox for a longer lifespan. This allows the mixer to operate at 7 speeds (1-6 + pulse function). It is also fitted with a professional, long-life 1,500 W motor, which, together with the aforementioned robust gearbox, maintains constant RPM even under varying loads. This means it can knead up to 6.5 kg of dough in the mixing bowl at a constant speed without any problems. The kitchen mixer includes a range of accessories:
Dough hook for heavy doughs (e.g., bread dough)
Mixing hook (e.g., for crumbles and biscuit doughs)
Stainless steel whisk (for whipping egg whites and cream)
The multifunctional arm can be lifted by up to 35°. Lifting the arm activates a safety circuit, interrupting the kitchen mixer's operation. This allows you to easily lift the arm and change accessories without having to turn off the mixer. However, the primary function is safety, to prevent accidental activation when changing accessories.
A transparent splash guard for the mixing bowl with a refill opening is a given. Firstly, ingredients won't splash all over the work surface during operation, and secondly, there's no need to remove the splash guard if you want to add ingredients. The speed is adjusted on a backlit rotary knob. The kitchen mixer features stylish chrome accessories, and thanks to its suction feet, it stays firmly on the work surface. This makes working with it much easier. Power supply is 220-240 V, 50/60 Hz, and power output is 1,500 W.
