ProfiCook FR 1038 Double Fryer 5L

Professional deep fryer with 2 smaller baskets and 1 large basket for various types of food. The main material used for production was stainless steel, from which the casing, lid, heating element, and oil container are made. The advantage is that the heating element is directly immersed in the oil. This makes heating very fast and odorless. The oil container capacity is 5 liters and can be removed for easier cleaning. Frying temperature can be set between 130 and 190 °C. The timer can be set for up to 30 minutes. The deep fryer is equipped with an odor and fume filter, as well as overheating protection.
